Total waste of money

I've had two of these units now. The first one stopped heating water after 3 months. I don't mean it didn't get hot enough...I mean it didn't even get above room temperature. Breville USA support promptly sent me a prepaid mailer to send the unit back to them and equally as promptly sent me a new one. Now after having that one for three months it will not power on...at all. Again Breville USA has offered to send me a new one which I'm waiting on. This will be three of the same unit.
Sigh...Don't waste your hard earned money on this you WILL be disappointed.
